What Is a Scheduled Loss?

The most common is per a scheduled loss. Section 8 of our statute lists all of the body parts and all of the maximum values that those body parts have. When we’re talking about a scheduled loss injury, we’re talking to an injury that’s going to be expressed in some way as a percentage loss of use of a Scheduled 8 body part. It’s complicated.
